• There's a mode called "Novice Rev F" designed especially for novice players. The differences are:

Dock screen has a colored background.
Default high score is lower than on Revision D (25,600).
First nickname on the default high score table is KAC.
Spinach is replaced after losing a life.
You can go up or down on the center ladder on the dock screen.
Extra life dip switch can be set to 20,000, 30,000, 50,000, or none, with 20,000 as the default.

To change the colored background to black, at the title screen move RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, UP, and DOWN.
